Refund Policy

1. Our Goodwill Guarantee (Our commitment to you)
At Aldalib Group Limited, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your course purchase, you may request a refund within [e.g. 14 days] of your original purchase date. This is provided as a goodwill gesture and is separate from your statutory rights (see Section 3 below).
To request a refund under this guarantee, you must:
- Contact us at [your support email] with your order number and the reason for your request.
- Not have completed more than [e.g. 25%] of the course content.
2. Digital Content and Immediate Access
By purchasing a course from Aldalib Group Limited, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are granted immediate access to the digital content upon purchase.
- You expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel (the “cooling-off period”) once the download or streaming of the content has begun.
3. Your Statutory Rights (UK Consumers)
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If the digital content we supply is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a remedy under UK law. This may include a repair, replacement, or a full or partial refund. If you believe your statutory rights have been breached, please contact us immediately.
4. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [your support email].
We will process approved refunds within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to one.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. We will not charge you any fee for processing a refund.
5. Exclusions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund under our Goodwill Guarantee if we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., account sharing, redistribution of content).
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the immediate termination of your access to all Aldalib Group Limited products, and may prevent you from purchasing from us in the future
